Dirty Diane!

There were a lot of very impressive performances today on 18.4!
Many of us struggled with the new HSPU standard. And as humbling as this week's workout may have been for most of us, it gave us some very concrete things to work on for next year. That is one of the greatest things about Crossfit and the Open. We can have some amazing personal triumphs; first Muscle Up, first OHS at 115#, PR clean, etc., and it also leaves us with a desire to learn more and get better. Having goals keeps us challenged and working hard; working hard and being challenged help us grow. And that, to me, is the name of the game.
