The Master Class is a weekend training camp and seminar for Masters athletes. Topics will include: movement and gymnastics, Olympic-style weightlifting, recovery, programming, nutrition, metabolic functioning and hormonal changes, training and staying competitive as we age, the psychology of training and competing, and more! Spend a weekend with some of the best coaches and minds in the business!

COST:

• $399 for Athlete Participants (must be 40 or over)
• $309 for Coach Observers (do not need to be 40-plus)
