Hang In There

Today's workout was quite different than most of our other workouts. We had to go "internal" and probably did a lot of "self talk" while hanging from that bar. Here's Alli finishing up her last hold. I would actually be very interested in doing this workout again as there were a couple of things I figured out by my last hold that were helpful. Anyone else game to do this one again??

Angelo had a VERY impressive time of just over 11 minutes! His first hold was 4 minutes and then he finished with a 2 minute hold. Wish I could've witnessed that!!

"Coffland"
Hang from Pull Up bar for 6 minutes
*Each time you drop from the bar perform and 800m run and 30 Push Ups
