Teams of two complete 50 wall balls as a team then make it to the end of a crossfit board game:
Move their game piece 55 places along a continuous path.
To move a game piece one partner bikes for 10/15 seconds. However many calories they bike they can then move their game piece (kettle bell) the same number of places. Each place has a corresponding movement and rep total (power snatch (6 reps at 53/75), push ups (20 reps), double unders (30 reps), sit ups (20 reps), or overhead lunge (6 reps at (53/75)) to complete before the next partner can bike again. Time stops at the 55th place on the board.
